Do you ship signs to all 50 states?
Yes. We quote custom-sign delivery to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges and delivery timing are confirmed individually for your destination. Send your logo, approximate sign size and destination city, state and ZIP code to request a quote. You approve the design and final pricing before production.
How much is shipping, and when will my sign arrive?
Shipping cost and delivery timing depend on the sign size, packaging and destination. We confirm production timing and shipping details in your project quote before you approve the order.
Does shipping include installation?
Installation is quoted separately. Select shipping only if you will arrange installation at your location, or request an installation quote so our team can review availability. Illuminated signs may require a qualified local installer or electrician.
Is my online request a confirmed order?
Not yet. Your request gives us the information needed to prepare an accurate quote. Production begins only after you approve the design, final price, timing and payment terms.
What should I send for an accurate quote?
Include approximate width, height and depth, photos of the space, reference images, city and preferred timing. For signs, include your logo. For coffee shop or restaurant furniture, include table sizes, chairs per table, booth lengths and counter layout. Note storage needs and upload your floor plan, reference images or logo directly with the request.
Can I request a feature wall or furniture too?
Yes, on request. Custom signs remain our main focus. Open the optional products or packages, choose “Complete space / custom project”, select your type of space, and check each item you need. Add quantities, measurements and finishes for walls, furniture and indoor or outdoor signs in one request. We review the complete scope before confirming your quote.
Can the same sign style be used inside and outside?
Many visual styles can be developed for either setting. Tell us the intended location so the materials, lighting, power and mounting can be specified for that project. The final construction is confirmed in your quote.
Do I need a finished logo?
A finished vector logo is best, but you can begin with your business name and reference images. Tell us if you need design assistance.
Can I order an exterior sign?
Yes. Choose Outdoor in the sign builder or start from our outdoor sign collection. Share a storefront photo, available sign area, mounting height and any landlord sign criteria. Materials, power, installation and applicable requirements are reviewed before the final quote.
